In this role, you will be part of the Western Union Enterprise Technology Operations Center Team (ETOC) which provides 1st and 2nd level application support services for WU Agents and Partners. ETOC is a single point of contact offering proactive IT infrastructure and critical applications monitoring in order to detect IT issues and prevent service disruptions. We also are actively participating in deployments, fulfilling configurational requests for WU money transfer applications.

For this role, you need to have analytical thinking, be interest in IT & technical troubleshooting, have a customer-oriented approach. Fluency in English and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is desired. A degree or certification in computer science or similar studies is a plus.

Annual base salary gross: 12,320.00 - 21,121.00 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
