You will be part of the Legal unit of Pictet Asset Management (Europe) S.A. and assist the other members of the unit with different administrative and in-house coordination tasks relating to legal documentation. In the course of your duties you will be required to work closely with all the team members. You will report hierarchically to the head of the unit.

Your team

 

You will be part of the Legal unit of Pictet Asset Management (Europe) S.A. and assist the other members of the unit with different administrative and in-house coordination tasks relating to legal documentation.
In the course of your duties you will be required to work closely with all the team members. You will report hierarchically to the head of the unit.

Your role

 

  • Helping the team to organise legal documentation of the funds and to coordinate internal and external information flows relating to distribution of the documentation.
  • Being responsible for entering data for the team.
  • Helping to produce documents and presentations (Word and PowerPoint).
  • Providing assistance with the unit's cross-disciplinary projects.
  • Involvement in devising and implementing standard procedures relating to the work of the unit.
  • Taking on various administrative and organisational tasks, showing both initiative and a proactive approach.
Your profile

 

  • Post-BAC education with a legal, economic or financial focus.
  • Good overall understanding of the role of the different parties involved in an investment fund.
  • An ability to handle legal and paralegal documentation for investment funds would be an asset.
  • Total fluency in French with very good knowledge of English.
  • Skilled user of the MS Office suite and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational flair and rigorous when dealing with document management and processing legal and financial information.
  • Skilled at distilling information and multitasking.
  • Able to work efficiently on your own without supervision while still taking account of teamwork requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
