Identify and assess the compliance risks associated with the organisation’s current and proposed future business activities
Identify and controls procedure inside the Company
Audit controls and plan
Due diligence
Report the results on a regular basis and promptly where deemed necessary to Executive Management
Work experience and educational background requirements
A bachelor's degree in law is highly regarded
Relevant work experience as Compliance Officer in the Fund Industry for 2-4 years
Personal attributes
Good knowledge of the Fund and Management Company industry
Autonomy
Ability to communicate efficiently (written and oral) and work within a team
Organised, flexible and able to manage several files concurrently
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Fluent in English and French, Italian will be an asset.
