The candidate will lead a team of PE/RA professionals responsible for multiple client relationships. This is a high-profile VP role within the Private Equity/Real Estate Business Unit of the State Street Alternative Investment Solutions Unit reporting to the Head of EMEA PERA.
The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years’ experience in the Private Equity with strong managerial skills to lead a fast growing and highly dynamic team servicing large and complex clients. The candidate will interact and build strong relationships with the clients and internal parties to support the clients’ growth and requirements. As such, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required. The ideal candidate must also demonstrate solid technical skills and be able to simultaneously lead multiple initiatives. The candidate will play a key role in driving efficiencies in the group, strengthening controls and managing deliverables. The candidate needs to exhibit strong leadership skills and be a change agent able to drive growth, superior client service and risk excellence.
