To support our current growth, we are actively looking for:

IT Fund Project Managers

This role will be responsible for coordinating internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects while ensuring on-time delivery, within the scope and within budget. Supporting the creation of project scopes and objectives, collaborating the involvement of all relevant stakeholders, resource availability, and allocation. The IT Fund Project Manager will develop detailed project plans and track progress while working on multiple projects. The role will also measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Reporting to the line manager, escalations will be made as necessary while maintaining relationships with the product owners and stakeholders.

System Knowledge

Knowledge of project-related software: MS Project / JIRA / Microsoft Office Suite.

Technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, networking, and operations.

Knowledge of the following technology will be considered as an advantage: 

FA or TA software: Multifonds, GP3, InvestOne, SIMCORP

Development tools: Toad, SQL Developer

Language : Oracle PLSQL, UNIX, Java, Extjs…

Industry Experience: Previously worked in the Fund Industry with exposure to Asset and Portfolio Management systems, Regulatory Compliance, AML/KYC, Funds Trading Lifecycle, Transfer Agency.

Languages: Fluent in English (Written & Oral Communication) is mandatory, with fluency in additional European languages being a distinct advantage. 

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively work in a team environment at various hierarchical level while maintaining professional tact and diplomacy as well as work efficiently as an independent contributor. 

Education:  A College or University degree in IT/Engineering with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role is required (Luxembourg fund industry experience would be a plus). PMP designation and/or Prince 2 Certification would be an advantage.
