Our client, a boutique provider of funds and corporate services, is looking to add an In-House Recruiter to their HR team. The company has been growing steadily in Luxembourg and has a strong pipeline of future growth. Our client values its employees and encourages personal and professional development. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking an active role in direct resourcing of candidates for the company. Managing a team of recruitment specialists to deliver against business objectives
  • Working with business leaders and hiring managers to understand open positions, needs and priorities. Provide regular feedback on process from shortlist identification through interview process to offer and on-boarding
  • Ensuring job descriptions are accurate; posted appropriately on websites and social media platforms; working with internal partners to help build out social media policy and client brand accordingly 
  • Managing the offer and compensation process; acting as a point of contact and escalation for all negotiations whilst fostering partnership and good relationships across business, service providers and candidates
  • Partnering with service providers and external agencies to find best in class talent; provide regular feedback and communication; make sure fees are competitive and in line with policy
  • Leading with regards to any recruitment initiative or ad-hoc project impacting recruitment; make sure policies, procedures are in line with Group policy
  • Adopting continuous improvement mind-set around the recruitment and on-boarding process; measure success; being able to use data analytics and KPIs

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following attributes:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Finance, or Business and a professional HR related qualification would be advantageous
  • A minimum of 5 years recruitment experience with management exposure, passionate about people and attracting best in class talent
  • Previous financial services recruitment experience in a must – either agency or in-house role
  • Good organisation and communication skills, ability to work to deadlines
  • Understanding of Luxembourg employment law and industry best recruitment practice
  • Business acumen and understanding of budgets
  • Good attention to detail is a necessity
