The Central Transformation Office (CTO) acts as the face of the transformation, sets the tone and spurs enthusiasm. To drive the organization forward and to ensure a successful transformation, the CTO holds accountable those responsible for the hundred actions and initiatives that underlie the transformation program. In its day to day activities, the CTO ensures a number of critical missions including reviewing initiatives and provide tactical support, looking for additional value and re-generation of initiative pipeline and challenging the status quo from initiative owners and intervening where and when needed to debottleneck issues and accelerate delivery.

Key deliverables and responsibilities:
  • Tracking the effective realization and financial impact of the transformation through a dedicated platform,
  • Mastering and ensuring the proper use by all initiative owners of the dedicated platform,
  • Supporting the drafting of weekly presentations (using Power Point),
  • Supporting the CTO to drive discipline in initiative deliverables by taking part in meetings with stakeholders, and ensuring that initiative owners are effective owners and are accountable for the delivery of the transformation,
  • Supporting the CTO to push change management initiatives in the group.

  • BAC+3 or BAC+5 in finance, accounting, economics or related fields,
  • Interest in private banking industry and banking strategy/ transformation,
  • Experience in banking and/or consulting would be an asset.

  • Good interpersonal skills enabling to communicate, influence and negotiate,
  • Strong analytical skills,
  • Comfortable working with numbers,
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
