Main Responsibilities:

Working alongside the Bsiness Analysis team, yo will:

Spport daily prodction activities and help monitor bsiness incidents and reqests.

Assist in the analysis, investigation and follow-p of prodction isses in collaboration with bsiness and IT stakeholders.

Contribte to gathering, docmenting and maintaining bsiness reqirements, processes and fnctional specifications.

Spport Bsiness Analysts in preparing project docmentation, meeting mintes and reporting materials.

Help monitor project actions, deliverables and deadlines to ensre proper follow-p.

Assist in the preparation and exection of ser Acceptance Testing (AT) and spport defect follow-p.

Prepare dashboards, stats reports and KPI tracking for management and project stakeholders.

Participate in meetings with bsiness and IT teams and contribte to soltion discssions.

Learn and apply the Bsiness Analysis methodologies, standards and tools sed within the Bank (JIRA).

Skills and qalifications Reqired

Stdent crrently prsing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Bsiness Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Project Management or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Interest in banking processes, bsiness analysis and prodction spport activities.

Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work atonomosly while maintaining a strong team spirit.

Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Comfortable working with data and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Excellent commnication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage mltiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Flent in French and English (written and spoken).
