Marguerite is a manager for Marguerite II SCSp and the 2020 European Fund for Energy, Climate Change and Infrastructure, infrastructure funds based in Luxembourg. The investment team is in charge of origination, due diligence, appraisal, structuring and execution of the investments as well as of monitoring, asset management and investor reporting. Compliance and Regulatory

  • Assisting Internal Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary in the internal compliance and corporate governance matters

Transactional Work

  • Primary responsibility for NDAs, engagement letters and other project preparatory agreements
  • Assisting in structuring transactions (MoUs, terms sheets, bid agreements, etc.) and preparation of transactional documentation (such as share purchase, investment and shareholders agreements)


Required Education, Experience & Skills

  • Masters in Law degree at prestigious university with high marks, at least 6 months of experience in international law firm, private equity, project finance and/or infrastructure fund
  • Fluent (written and spoken) English is a must, French or other European languages will be an advantage
  • Analytical problem solving and business analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be highly organized and detail / efficiency orientated
  • Good awareness of private equity, project finance and/or infrastructure fund market practices
  • EU National 



  • Full-time Contract
  • Location: Luxembourg with occasional travel to Paris office and/or within EU
  • Compensation: Attractive remuneration package depending on experience
