LuxCSD provides Luxembourg's financial community with issuance and central bank money settlement as well as custody services for a wide range of securities including investment funds. The new central securities depository (CSD) was incorporated in July 2010 and is jointly owned by the Banque Centrale du Luxembourg (BCL) and Clearstream International. Pursuant to the Regulatory Oversight Committees endorsement, LuxCSD is now also a pre-LOU that can issue Legal Entity Identifiers (LEI) for entities in Luxembourg and 34 other jurisdictions.

Your responsibilities:
• Manage an inventory of all regulatory obligations of LuxCSD
• Monitor and coordinate activities required to ensure regulatory compliance
• Perform the ongoing monitoring of outsourced activities, including KPIs, in cooperation with the service providers
• Carry out the outsourcing change management process and update service definition statements to reflect changes in business needs, including the definition of key performance indicators
• Produce status reports for and escalate issues to the Comité Exécutif of LuxCSD

Our requirements:
• Applicants with professional experience
• University degree in economics, finance, business administration or law preferred
• Prior experience in either regulatory compliance, outsourcing coordination, business controls or securities processing
• You are self-motivated with good communication and coordination skills and are detail oriented with good analytical skills
• You have the ability to work in a team in a multi-cultural and cross-locational environment
• Proficiency in written and spoken English. French, German or Luxembourgish are an asset
