In order to strengthen our Asset Management team, we are currently looking to recruit an:

 

Operations Support Administrator
Permanent Contract


Your main responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager for HSBC Investment Funds (Luxembourg) S.A. , the role of the operational support is to provide day to day assistance and support to the Operations team on the Global Asset Management Luxembourg fund range.

Principal accountabilities:

• Assist in the custody account opening process and making sure forms are dully signed, tracked and returned in a timely manner;
• Assist in RFP, DDQ and general data requests;
• Assist is compiling fee and dividend calculation files.
• Management of scheduling and tracking of team’s production activity and responsible for taking and circulate team meeting minutes;
• Assist in making sure procedures are up to date;
• Maintain up to date documentations and reports onto the HIFL SharePoint site;
• Support monthly Finance reporting, assist in processing payment for the Funds for which HIFL is appointed as the Management Company;
• Assist in bank reconciliation for the administration and expense accounts;
• Assist in making sure that documents such as W8-Ben-e and CRS forms are dully signed and available when required;
 
 
 Professional Skills and Experience:

• University degree in Business/Economics/Finance/Risk Management;
• A minimum of 2 years relevant professional experience in Funds industry or in a Management company
• Experience of finance or operational environment would be beneficial
• Good understanding of standard office applications
• Have strong interpersonal skills to work well in a team environment with a positive and pro-active ‘can do’ attitude;
• Forward looking and business orientated.
• Well organized and able to work independently.
• Good IT skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken. Other languages would be an advantage.
