Key Roles:
- Own management and governance across fund ranges, this will include fund reviews and value assessment
- Respond to technical and tactical queries relating to the funds and their structures
- Updating, overseeing, and owning fund documentation
- Project manage fund changes/mergers/closures
- Own both internal and external relationships including with fund administrators
Ideal Background:
- At least five years’ experience (could be significantly more) working in an asset management Product Management/Development team
- Ideally experience in a Product Legal role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong knowledge of fund structures (ideally Luxembourg funds)
