For our securities services activities in Luxembourg, we are currently looking to recruit a:

Senior Administrator
Corporate Secretarial Services
Permanent contract

Role and Responsibilities:

Reporting to a Senior Administrator, Assistant Manager and Head of Department you will assist in the provision of corporate secretarial and domiciliary agent services provided to the Bank’s investment fund business.

You will manage the preparation of a wide range of corporate documents (board papers, circular resolutions, financial reports etc.) and assist in organising and coordinating Directors’ meetings. You will work on dividends, Directors’ fees payments, directorship changes, CSSF & general correspondence, stock exchange listings and general administrative tasks.

 Professional skills and experience:

• Post-school qualification in a secretarial, legal or business related field
• At least 3/4 years of experience in secretarial/clerical/legal work (ideally with knowledge of fund administration/corporate secretarial/domiciliary work)
• Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure, while maintaining close attention to accuracy and detail
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of dealing with clients at all levels.
• Ability to work independently on own initiative and as a member of a team.
• Excellent use of standard office applications and good typing skills
• Fluent English essential, knowledge of French would be a definite advantage.
