A leading global name in investment management is looking for a candidate to join its Luxembourg office. You will be responsible for all aspects of fund launch and range management from a regulatory and documentation perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will own fund legal documentation from end to end of the product development process, including post launch (KIIDs, PRIIPS KIDs and risk profiles) ensuring they achieve regulatory approval
- Strategically assess new laws and regulation in order to be proactive about any impacts on existing or new fund ranges
- Providing subject matter expertise in the product development process for regulatory issues
- Produce product reports for governing bodies and also proactively maintaining outstanding governance processes
- Working across fund structures including UCITS and non-UCITS including Luxembourg SICAV, FCP, RAIF and UK OEIC, NURS and ACS and also alternative structures
Ideal candidate:
- At least seven years' experience (could be significantly more) working in a Product Management/Fund Legal role relating to investment funds
- Good knowledge of the relevant fund documentation and structures
- Good regulatory knowledge and a keen interest in the changing regulatory environment
