You will produce tax reporting on capital gains and income as well as other specific tax reporting for clients of the various Pictet Group entities and for the tax authorities (in particular those in France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium and the UK). Your team

 

The Technology & Operations Division is the partner of Wealth Management, Asset Management and Asset Servicing for technological infrastructure, custodian activities and funds administration.

 

The Tax Reporting Luxembourg Team is part of the Client Register, Tax & Reporting Department, which provides a broad range of custodian services and regulatory operations. You will be joining a dynamic team of 14 which is central in supporting the growth of the regulatory requirements related to tax services.

 

You will produce tax reporting on capital gains and income as well as other specific tax reporting for clients of the various Pictet Group entities and for the tax authorities (in particular those in France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium and the UK).

 

You will ensure each day that the tax treatment of our clients' transactions meets the requirements of their tax authorities.

Your role

 

  • Analysing daily capital gains calculations and taxes levied.
  • Ensuring that the various tax reporting production tools are kept updated.
  • Producing annual and on-demand tax reports on capital gains and income for local and foreign-domiciled clients.
  • Helping the team head to optimise production processes and contributing to the continual improvement of production tools.
Your profile

 

  • University degree (Bachelor’s or Master's) in Law, Business and/or Economics.
  • At least three to four years’ experience in banking, ideally in tax operations or corporate actions.
  • Knowledge of French, Spanish, German, Italian, Belgian and/or UK tax would be a plus.
  • Skilled user of MS Office.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Good knowledge of French.
