Experienced Test Manager / Support to cover core product deliverables as part of a key client transition / product & service. Providing testing offering to customers in the context of our investor-CSD product rollout offering

Key Duties

·        Review and update customer testing guide for each market specifics’ rollout
·        Test data preparation organisation
·        Set-up testing window calendar. Identify internal and external dependencies to build the plan
·        Coordinate internally the test execution. Follow testing play-books
·        Ensure proper customer communication workflow is followed
·        Collecting detailed customer validation feedback
·        Evaluation reporting of testing results
·        Manage defects. Prioritisation organisation of defects fixing
·        Write consolidated testing status reporting and required escalation
·        Evaluation reporting of testing results
·        Mediate between business and IT area

Key Skills

·        Prior test management experience
·        Business knowledge in CSD-settlement and T2S would be a strong advantage
·        Business knowledge in asset servicing events
·        IT literate and quick learner of new systems/applications
·        Ability to manage deadlines, multiple tasks and adapt well to changing priorities
·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·        Presentation skills
·        Precise attention to detail and accuracy
·        Strong problem-solving skills
·        The ability to be proactive, challenge data and offer a solution-oriented approach
·        Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
