IT Service Quality Associate

Perform weekly quality audit for the SD based on Service Desk Quality Assurance Standards 1.1 Call quality, 3 calls per agent in a week covering the entire SD 1.2 Ticket quality, 3 tickets per agent in a week covering SD main SNOW queue Publish weekly quality audit result to the SD leadership with recommendations for improvement. Raise, log, monitor, trace and close NCR issued to the SD.
