  • This role represents an exciting opportunity to join Electronic Banking Services division of Citibank Malaysia. The team's primary purpose is to provide post-sales support to customers who engage with Citibank through our digital channels
Key responsibilities:
  • Working with customers to close key queries within a defined service level objective
  • Liaise with technology and product partners on complex issues
  • Provide training to clients on our platforms and systems
  • In depth investigations into process improvement and client experience
  • Drive commercialization initiatives as required
  • Manage the team in your manager's absence and ensure all deliverables and objectives are met


  • Relationship management skills with the ability to handle conflict and negotiations
  • Strong analytical skills, should be able to handle pressure and work independently
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management will be an added advantage
  • Need to be innovative, attentive and resourceful problem solving
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT and Word)
