The opportunity
We are looking for leaders in the digital space. The successful applicant should be passionate about digital transformation and demonstrate the value it plays across both, businesses and consumers. The right person should possess a combination of deep business, functional, technical and change expertise, have a track record in the field of digital, and possess the refined consulting skills required to enable our clients to overcome the most complex of business problems.

To deliver this change, successful candidates should have expertise in applying the tools and methods used and have had experience of: digital strategy design, customer strategy design, customer experience programs, understanding and applying customer value management approaches and channel transformation. Candidates should be fervent proponents of optimised customer experience and have experience in using the associated levers in improving these interactions for customers in B2C and B2B environments.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Strong ability to define & plan the digital vision, strategy and roll out process across multiple industry sectors
  • First-hand experience in strategic, product development and/or business transformation in a digital context
  • Strong ability in interactive and responsive design
  • Highly skilled in designing user experiences for mobile devices
  • Experience in providing and managing advisory services in a Digital Strategy, Customer Strategy, Customer Operations, Commercial or Sales and Marketing function
  • Strong ability to lead digital transformation programmes, leveraging best practices in digital strategy, process and technology to re-engineer challenged business models
  • Strong internal and client relationship focus
  • Deep experience in at least one of the following: Field Digital Marketing, Campaign Optimisation, Omni Channel Design, Go to Market Strategy, Digital Innovation and Integration
  • Technical expertise in operating, integrating and optimizing digital technologies
  • Deliver and manage large scale projects to time, cost and quality
  • Build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers and develop a portfolio of business by focusing on high impact opportunities
  • Create concise, high-quality work products and act as a subject matter resource on one or more services, leveraging knowledge and experience to shape services to client problems
  • Lead presentations and proposals for medium complex projects or elements of highly complex projects, and provide subject matter insight to bids and proposals
  • Create innovative commercial insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership

To qualify for the role, you must have
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, electronic commerce or a related field
  • A pproximately 8 to 10 years of recent relevant work experience in digital initiatives management or implementation, preferably in a business consulting role with a leading management consultancy organization
  • Ability to translate complex client requirements and goals, and to reflect this in a solution architecture, that is understandable by clients irrespective of their level of seniority
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, in addition to technical skills
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen
  • Strong experience of business change projects and programmes
  • Characteristics of a forward thinker and self-motivator that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge
  • Agile and lean software development and rapid prototyping
  • Strong design and visual thinking skills
  • Strong in design workflow typically in idea development, concept design and wireframing
Ideally, you'll also have
  • Masters in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Functional knowledge of IT Target Operating Model and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool such as SAP or Oracle
  • Have working exposure towards the latest emerging technologies such as Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, Mobility, Analytical, and Digital
  • Agile Scrum, PMP, TOGAF or ITIL certified
