Project Management

TBS / Explorer / World Class Broking:
  • TBS/Explorer
    • Business Analysist for the overall project and is to be the country TBS expert after go-live
    • He/She is the go-to person for all TBS (except for GBOR functionalities) and Explorer related matters
    • Provide plan population and self-help training to new MY users
  • Word Class Broking
    • Be the expert in RFP creation
    • Conduct Training for new users on RFP functions
    • Work with SMEs and Business Decision Maker(s) on RFP settings, setup alerts, provide content on scoring criteria etc.
  • Change Management - Represent and/or coordinate with SMEs and Business Decision Maker(s) on Operating Model Change (if any), process changes (mapping and education)
  • Data Integrity - responsible for flagging discovered inaccuracies of data loaded into TBS

Aon Pulse:

Prior Complete Rollout
  • Conduct a gap analysis on current claims/census/premiums data that is required for Aon Pulse
  • Participate in insurer engagement sessions, create meeting minutes, action log and perform follow up on all outstanding items
  • Work with ACIA to complete user acceptance testing and QC of initial reports
  • In conjunction with the ACIA team, train the Health Solutions and Sales teams on Aon Pulse capabilities
  • Support implementation of Aon Pulse
After Complete Rollout
  • In conjunction with the ACIA team, train the Health Solutions and Sales teams on Aon Pulse capabilities
  • Conduct internal Pulse training to new MY users
  • Able to interpret, explain, and peer review Pulse report content
  • Key support role to Health Solution's Business Team(s) for Pulse report production and preparation for client meeting, with collaborative focus on client insights and advice
  • Able to identify Pulse report data issue (e.g. potential unusual data trends requiring investigation)
  • Escalation / triage point between MY Health Solutions team and ACIA - for all Pulse technical / data queries
  • Troubleshoot reporting and data queries raised by MY users
  • Where available, review Aon Pulse QA Report (exceptions / rejections), identify the corrective action, and, where applicable, address data issues and or override exceptions
  • Where applicable, refer data corrective actions to Health Solutions Leader for carrier engagement and resolution
  • Notify MY Aon Pulse stakeholders (e.g. Health Solutions Leader, Team Leaders), where data loads are successfully / unsuccessfully applied to the Pulse database
  • Overall owner of technology utilized by business
  • Primary liaison between the Business Unit and Technology Teams
  • Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Tests (UATs) for implemented systems
  • Conduct system training and update sessions for MY end users
  • Work closely with MY end user(s) to support and provide advice on system related queries
  • Update system settings when required to facilitate systems processes
  • Provide regular updates to the management team
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to define business problems and needs
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining and improving system and business processes
  • Conduct business requirements gathering for future project(s) / initiative(s), including Aon Care and Voluntary Benefit Solutions
  • Develop and maintain business and solution requirement documentations, process and user guides


Education & Qualifications/ Expected Experiences:
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Admin / Insurance or any related field
  • Min of 5 years in heatlh insurance background and knowledge
  • Experience in p roject management is a must
  • Employee benefits industry consulting experience has added advantage

Skills & Knowledge:
  • Computer Skills (especially the Office Suites: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Tableau)
  • Communication skill in English (both written & oral)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and public relations skills - able to communicate effectively across organisational levels
