Job Description

The Job:
  • Centralized Customer Information Service & AML Screening
    • To rectify incorrect customer information based on proof available
    • To assist in consolidation of report and perform data analysis
    • To perform AML screening within stipulated time given by Risk & Compliance
    • To escalate issues encountered, identify root cause and ensure complete resolution of the issue
  • Regular Reporting & Tracking of Operations Initiatives
    • To support the Operations Planning Manager in ensuring timely and accurate submission of regular reporting to the senior management and regulations
    • To assist in ensuring the standardization of KPI and its tracking mechanism
    • To support the Operation Planning Manager in ensuring timely and accurate tracking of Operation initiatives including strategic and process improvement projects
    • To ensure an up-to-date dashboard for all Operation initiatives to the management
  • Project Support for Initiatives / Process Improvement
    • To assist the project manager in consolidation of project documentation, data analysis and other project initiatives


    Job Requirements
    The Person:
    • Preferably Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Health Administration, Information Management or related field. Diploma in related field with relevant experience will be considered as well.
    • Possess tertiary education in Business Administration, Statistics, or any related field
    • Extensive experience in insurance related matters. Preferably 2-3 years working experience in the Life Insurance Industry
    • Experience in reporting & data analytics
    • Experience in business process improvements
    • Life and/or Group Insurance knowledge
    • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
    • Lean Six Sigma or equivalent methodology
    • Independent & strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to communicate at all levels
    • Ability to produce high quality work under pressure
