Business Support Officer

• On-boarding of customers for Cash Management Services
• To liaise with internal stakeholders i.e. Sales Personnel on the management of customers Fixed Deposit accounts.
• To contact customers to assist them in outward remittance services via Velocity.
• Any other ad hoc assignments that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
• Minimum of1-2 years working experience (preferable experience with Banking Industry);
• Possess good spoken English
• Ability to speak other languages will be an added advantage
• Customer-orientated and has good customer service skills
• Must be prepared to work extended hours as and when required
• Have passion for engaging with peoples
• Ready to take on challenging and concurrent tasks.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint etc
• Committed in completing assignment within deadline, strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills and team oriented
• To conduct administrative duties, ad-hoc assignment and any duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Able to work independently, self-driven with minimum supervision.
