Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead collaboration with regional business, regional tech, and business stakeholders for regional initiatives and project lead for any local initiatives, in defining the project scope and objectives:
    • Discussion on Project Requirements
    • Review Functional Requirement and User Story for the project
    • Review Test Scripts
    • Review Test results
  • Accountable to develop a comprehensive project plan to monitor and track progress ensuring all aspects are met including compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Accountable to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation that is auditable.
  • Lead and responsible to establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors that support digital banking applications and systems.
  • Responsible to obtain all necessary approvals for Project implementation:
    • Prepare Risk Assessment for the initiative
    • Prepare and obtain stakeholder and senior management approval
    • Prepare Board of Director's memo
    • Prepare Regulatory Notification/Approval letter
  • Communicate with Business and provide management reporting
  • Conduct training and education program for internal support units
  • Maintain smooth operations of Digital Banking and user satisfaction.
    • Raise incident ticket for digital services technical problems and follow through resolution
    • Work with IT and support units to resolve technical problems
    • Perform periodic sanity testing for digital services
  • Provide advice and guidance for Digital Banking service as a subject matter expert


Qualifications and Competencies
  • Degree/Diploma holder in relevant areas such as IT, Business, Finance,  Economics
  • Proven working experience in project management in the banking and information technology sector
  • Solid banking background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in digital banking projects or banking products
  • Good team player, comfortable working across teams and interacting with various departments
  • Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
