Marketing Segment and Services Group Manager
  • Position: Head of Segments
  • Unit: Segment, Retail Bank
Job Responsibilities:
  • Own Segment's P&L with primary accountability for Segment's key metrics, ie Client Net growth, Market Share growth, Satisfaction and Preference score, Segment Profitability and Efficiency
  • Devise Country's Segment Strategies, Marketing and Budget Plans in delivering annual business performance drivers and targets with alignment to Regional goals and aspirations      
  • Build compelling proposition and competitive differentiation from internal and external insights, cost/opportunity decisioning and active collaboration with Regional and Cross-business teams
  • Transform Product & Proposition delivery and Banking experience through compelling Marketing/Engagement campaigns and digitization models for Acquisition, Up-Tier, Cross-sell and Brand Affinity
  • Craft and guard Segment Policy & Framework, which include internal and external channel operating models and processes, ie sales incentive, channel drivers, client engagement process, etc.
  • Build a great, dynamic team with excellent management and coaching skills to empower and succeed through teams  Influence through excellent stakeholder management skills for In-country cross-business, cross-functional synergy while maximizing Global or Regional leverage in delivering collaborative, robust go-to-market execution excellence.


Knowledge/experience/technical skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance, Business Management & Marketing
  • 11+ years of experience, with relevant knowledge and experience in the financial industry including Retail Banking.
  • Management of a unit or department at supervisory level, preferably with Segment or Product Management background.
  • Experience in Client Marketing and Analytics.
  • Management of large scale campaigns
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent stake holder management and operating rhythm
  • Acute execution focus and being able to drive multiple work-streams.
