Sales Incentive Management
  • Drive speed, accuracy, quality and compliance in relation to Incentive Management Processing and commission payout
  • Regulate automation process that drive productivity and expense save
  • Ensure management of exceptions and claw-backs are properly administered and documented 
  • Identify, Analyze and Engage business teams on the Productivity and Profitability of Citimax points for the related products
  • Ensure timely, robust and accurate Sales incentive reports & measurement deliverables 
Forecasting and Expense Simulation
  • Engage the business analytic teams, product teams and sales teams proactively to understand the business opportunities, risks and challenges
  • Leverage the functions and features in the technology platform with the aim to find expense saves opportunities and to gain better productivity 
Project Management
  • Manage internal or cross-functional projects/initiatives and ensure successful implementation of the projects; from project initiation to completion 
People and Knowledge Management
  • Understand and run the Citimax engine payout structure based on product grid
  • To obtain best practices from the region & share and transfer knowledge to other team members
  • Engage business stakeholders on key decisions on payouts 
  • Work with compliance officer to review/enhance department processes on periodic basis to ensure a robust control environment
  • Ensure EUC and proper documentations for all exceptions handling
  • Ensure proper controls are administered to ensure the integrity and the precision of payout
