Core Business Services - Talent Acquisition, Supervisor (Experienced Hire)
Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY's growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Talent Team, Finance, Technology, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

We call our human resources group the Talent Team, and this reflects how important our people are to the success of the EY organization. Working with the Talent Team, you'll help develop and execute our people strategy, which provides the programs, measures and tools that help our EY member firms' employees achieve their goals. You might develop and implement strategies for performance management, leadership development, learning, training tools, compensation, recruiting, new joiner orientation, reporting processes or other initiatives.

The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional to join our Talent Team. As a Talent Acquisition Supervisor for experienced hires, you will work in a team and play a key role to attract and acquire talents into our firm. As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll gain insights to our business issues and imperatives and be able to identify and implement recruitment solutions that will stretch your horizons. Key Responsibilities
In your role as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor for experienced hires, you'll actively participate in the firm's recruitment roadmaps. Primarily, your contributions include, but not limited to the following:
  • Key point of contact for recruitment matters on the assigned business unit(s) to ensure effective and timely recruitment deliverables
  • Execute talent acquisition strategies through various sourcing techniques and be a 'sourcing expert' and guide to the Service Line leaders
  • Perform the full-life cycle recruitment process and ensure that this is carried out in accordance with the firm's recruitment protocols, global operating procedures and adhere to best practice principles. This includes profiling prescreened candidates to hiring managers and advising the business on best candidate fit based on the Service Line and firm wide direction.
  • Manage the client relationship with various stakeholders, to understand their business goals, anticipate their talent needs and advise the business on strategy to build pipeline
  • Establish and bridge a strong positive client and candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle, including regular follow up with relevant stakeholders (Service Line and candidates, where applicable) to ensure delivery of prompt service levels
  • Provide timely reports and analytics, flag risks/delays in advance and provide recommendations to the Talent Acquisition Leader for experienced hires and key stakeholders
  • Support various recruitment activities including participate in recruitment fairs for experienced hires

To qualify for the role you must have
  • A recognized university degree in Human Resource, Business or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant recruitment experience, in both, or either/or in-house and outsource environment
  • Sourcing and mapping experience
  • Experience in using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Taleo

Ideally, you'll also have
  • Experience in high volume recruitment will be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with using social media/networking sites like Facebook/LinkedIn and ATS tools (e.g. Taleo)
