OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing, identifying and analyzing the relevancy and quality of each search engine's result based on the query in accordance to the policies and guidelines set by the client. The objective for the Content Moderator (Rater) is to fulfill the base productivity and quality requirements of the client while providing insights and feedback related to the content. You will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our clients, while making a larger impact on society.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Reviewing, labeling, analyzing the query and document results in accordance with the Guidelines
  • Investigate and resolve issues regarding content that is reported for account support and/or safety; flag for action, and resolve within agreed-upon turnaround times and standards of quality
  • The Content Reviewer role will be exposed to sensitive and/or objectionable content, which may include but not limited to, violence, extremism, porn, nudity, animal cruelty, etc.
  • Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy
  • Understand and remain up-to-date with client policies and guidelines; resolve inquires according to defined policies and procedures
  • Identify improvement opportunities in the work flow and provide insights on the content in queue to improve the process
  • Interface effectively with members of our rater teams to share best practices
  • Meet or exceed set KPIs and SLAs where every team member need to fulfill base productivity and quality requirements
