We are now inviting qualified individuals to join this team in the role of FCC Operations Executive.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Assist line manager in preparation and readiness of Operations Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) activities which includes promulgating business guidelines, workflow and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Responsible for processing/reviewing day-to-day Operations FCC activities with adherence to the process governance, assessment and Service Level Agreement (SLAs) in accordance to business requirements.
  • Assist in identifying gap analysis between the Global AML Policy and supporting Guidance and regional requirements.
  • Perform any ad hoc review as requested by the Head of Compliance or higher authority in Operations and Regulators.
  • Provide support, guidance and policy interpretation to the Business and INMY FCC teams.
  • To ensure business data requirements are compiled and completed accurately and supporting statistics/reports/returns are presented to management/relevant authorities within agreed timescales.
  • To report directly to Assistant Manager FCC Business Operations and alternately act in the absence of line manager.

  • A minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 2 - 5 years' FCC-related and/or operations experience. Insurance and Takaful Industry would be a strong advantage.
  • Strong accounting knowledge and excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, which includes reporting deadlines.
