This position is accountable to assist the Financial Advisor to achieve a greater efficiency in their day-to-day work. This supports the Division to achieve the financial KPI and generate a higher revenue. Responsibilities:
- Sales admin
- Training administration
- Logistics support ie hotel booking, flight booking
- Fulfillment for distributor/client campaigns
- Compile case status and pending requirement
- Customer event venue booking and sourcing
- Registration of referral staff
- Other administration support required
