Description

Purpose of Role:
  • Support the Regional People Strategy Lead for people strategy initiatives; manage day to day administrative tasks including recruitment process as per key responsibilities and support necessary internal stakeholders as required
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting the People Strategy Lead in all people strategy related initiatives including but not limited to recruitment and onboarding of new hires, integration and engagement of employees, development and career paths, rewards and recognition, employer branding and leadership development
  • Handle all administrative tasks of the AML Monitoring & Investigations department including correspondences, reports, memos, presentation set-up and electronic filing systems
  • Provide administrative support on business trip requests for staff
  • Administer all the logistics arrangement for meetings and Citi Seniors visit to CTSM
  • Responsible for procurement related matters for office usage
  • Ensure timely coordination of general equipment repairs by vendors
  • Responsible for Training/Meeting Rooms usage including the audio visual equipment, room set-up and event board update, etc.
  • To review Staff Access Card Quarterly Restricted Area Report, Half yearly Staff Access Card Common Area Report and ensure building access cards issuance are documented accordingly
  • Provide general admin support to the AML Monitoring & Investigations Management Team


Qualifications

Skills and competencies:
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize critical activities/tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and people skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows applications (Word, Excel, etc.) and Internet & commercial database searches
  • Team player and able to work in a dynamic environment
Qualifications:
  • Diploma/Degree Business Admin/Management or any equivalent degree.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in the same field and preferably in a financial institution
  • Good command of English (spoken and written). Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
