Manager, Analytics Infras & Technology, Campaign Technology & Strategy

HLB is embarking on a comprehensive multi-year regional BIG DATA and Analytics transformational journey encompassing products, channels and services across the different markets. We are looking for people with previous decision science and credit analytics experience to lead different initiatives focused on improving decision management, risk analytics, and revenue enhancement across various consumer banking products.

You shall have experience in driving the creation of campaign management that integrates machine learning, personalization and advertising technology capabilities into big data foundations for deeper customer engagement and support the business.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive the creation of key campaign programs/strategy by championing campaign tools/platform (include full campaign life-cycle from type of strategy (realtime or batch), type of channel, lead management, response/fulfilment management, tracking, post analysis, reporting, optimize productivity, optimize ROI & post-analysis)
  • Enable the generation and monitoring of leads through platforms such as data mining of Enterprise Data Warehouse, internal and external databases using statistical software e.g. SPSS, SAS.
  • Enable the design of marketing campaigns to test & learn around response propensity, pricing sensitivity, best time to contact and offer sequencing.
  • Develop and provide Dashboard and MIS statistics to product managers and senior management
  • Train and guide users in the deployment of the campaign platform
  • Manage relationships with the vendors and business partners to ensure on time delivery of projects and reporting
  • Develop, maintain and optimize analytical datamarts for modeling, segmentation and campaigns
  • Administrator for Campaign tools and platforms


  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Business IT or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in campaign technology tools (eg. IBM Unica/Experian/SAS)
  • Good knowledge in Banking/Financial/Data Warehouse will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge in SQL, SAS Programming, predictive model tools will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Organised self-starter, able to work with little supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships
