The Role Responsibilities
The below roles & responsibilities will focus on supporting GBS Technology Malaysia as a location management office.

  • Ensure that all internal Technology messaging aligns with key business strategies.
  • Develop content for Bridge, Broadcasts, CBS and any other distribution channels.
  • Create presentations, articles and reports to assist with senior management's communication needs.
  • Plan, create, and oversee the design, content, and production of TechBytes newsletter.
  • Create a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy.
  • Coordinate budgets, deadlines, objectives, and schedules.
  • Coordinate employee engagement events across our locations: WSC, LYL and MSC.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across communications, corporate affairs, HR and other groups to deliver integrated approach to supporting strategic objectives for GBS2.0.
  • Provide support for various stakeholders' events within Technology as needed, i.e. town halls, team buildings, internal meetings, videos, etc.
  • Drives and support internal employee satisfaction through effective and thoughtful communication.
  • Change and drive engagement agenda according to the My Voice action plan.
