We are looking for someone with:
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of equities, equity related securities, derivatives, fixed income securities, money market and FX
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills to handle complex problems and to provide effective recommendations
  • Good understanding of the process and procedures of portfolio management, middle office and back office in asset management industry
  • Strong communications skill to deal with various internal and external parties

Nice to Haves:
  • Preferable system knowledge - Bloomberg, Power BI

On the job you will:
  • Conduct trade execution and operation support
  • Responsible for execution and monitoring of equity trades - ensure all trades are properly and accurately executed and timely
  • Responsible for cash flow projection and ensure sufficient funds for trade settlement, fees payment and creation and cancellation payment for all the funds
  • Assist and support investment management team in generating investment research / portfolio management related data analytics
  • Assist and support investment management team in producing client servicing investment related collaterals on regular and ad-hoc basis
