KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To coordinate weekly meetings with internal stakeholders on program / events / campaigns update, market analysis and marketing tools development
• Identify, recommend, and advise on new marketing development strategies and opportunities through research and analysis, continuous discussion with existing and new stakeholders
• Promoting the partnership product and services through the support and collaboration with training team, deploy the right tools to empower efficiency
• To be the contact point for event planning, progress follow up follow through, reporting and tracking, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders towards achieving the marketing goal
• Communicate the approved business plans to the respective unit to ensure success implementation of strategies and initiatives
• Active involvement in various partnership / panelship, consolidate and document the meeting minutes, to analyze and to discover business opportunity

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• At least 5 years working experience in the Insurance / Takaful / Financial industry and marketing role
• Must possess at least bachelor's degree in Economic, Business Management, Marketing, Finance / Accounting, or any related discipline from recognized university
• Understand Insurance / Takaful business and market segmentation
