Market Data Services (MDS) provides solutions for, implements and operates the firm's market data, DMA and low latency price delivery infrastructures. The Global MDS Commercial Services Team is a broad scope commercial, compliance and vendor management team. MDS Administrative Services, a sub-team of the MDS Commercial Services Team, the team based in Kuala Lumpur providing inventory management, vendor and exchange compliance, MIS reporting, and other services to the Commercial Services Team and their clients.

MDS admin has 3 sub teams: Request management, Invoice management and Inventory management. The team lead will lead the day to day operations of the sub team and acts as subject matter expert as well as first point of escalation.

Role Requirements:

· Overall in charge of market data inventory system, subject matter expert
· Strong knowledge of market data services, setup of products, cost allocations of product
· Working experience in external reporting to exchanges and vendors, understands the concept of data compliance best practices
· Excellent client management skills, able to work well with internal and external clients/vendor
· Documentation of work flow and implementation of work flow efficiencies
· Participate in market data cost control and cost avoidance strategies
· Oversee all BAU tasks to ensure there is no break in services or processes
· Review new projects for the team, delegate and assign tasks to staff with scheduled periodic updates from them and liaise with relevant stakeholders for timely updates
· Participate in hiring of new resources wherever necessary
· Manage the team, which includes developing training and development programs for staff, reviewing and rating staff performance, and resolving any people-related issues

Required:

· Strong market data product knowledge, 3+ years in market data industry
· 3+ years of experience in market data inventory management tool, Informatch system preferred
· Excellent interpersonal skills, good vendor relationship
· Experienced in Exchange and Vendor usage reporting
· Experienced in handling audits
· 3+ years of experience with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, graphs)
· Experience in leading a team of 3 staffs or more
· Candidate must have excellent spoken and written English

Preferred:
· 3+ years working within a financial institution
· 3+ years working in a market data industry
· 3+ years experience of Screen INFOMatch product or any industry inventory system
