Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC's global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Platform Implementation Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

· Responsible for the deployment, management and enhancement of the Global Wealth Platform together with regional team.
· To lead and provide technology innovation to the business as one of the core factors of positioning the Wealth Management business as the platform of choice for customers through greater customer experience.
· To provide comprehensive and holistic business solution systems that can provide efficient processing and effective delivery to the business which is experiencing quantum growth.
· To lead and implement process/system enhancement that allow the Bank to have higher customer's share of wallet as a result of simplified process and better customer experience.
· To c oordinate and provide end to end integration of front-end & back-end business systems, actively collaborating with existing Back Office support services to deliver broader, richer solutions, effective e-sales and e-service fulfillment and more straight-thru processing.
· To manage core projects of the Wealth Management division which include Investment, Insurance, FX and Liabilities products.


  • Minimum a bachelor's degree in related discipline.
  • At least 2 to 5 years of project management experience with proven successful track record in leading and managing projects.
  • Evidence of strong analytical and good problem-solving skills.
  • Evidence of strong operational decision making and be able to provide analytical feedback.
  • Good leadership skills, team working and interpersonal skills including negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think out-of-the-box to craft out innovative process and business solutions.
  • Good appreciation of the RBWM business, operations and customer service
