Portfolio Quality Officer

  • Prepare and ensure timely submission of special mention (SPM) reports to Group Risk & attends to all special mention related matters and reports.
  • Prepare monthly reports (portfolio quality, revenue, new Non Performing Loan (NPL), Specific Provision, delinquent) for OCBC Al-Amin.
  • Prepare and ensure timely submission of OCBC Al-Amin reports for Credit Risk Management Committee (CRMC) meeting.
  • Provide Watch List (WAL) exception report for Corporate & Commercial Banking Division.
  • Compliance and Business Continuity Management coordinator to ensure Regulatory Requirement Self- Assessment (RRSA), Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) are conducted within the timeline required and attends to all other compliance and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) related issues.
  • Selection of SPM accounts for Early Action Committee (EAC) discussion.
  • Monitor and track Classified Loan Monitoring Report (CLMR).
  • General administration, e.g., assist in annual budgeting, review staff claims and other administration function for the department.


Qualifications
  • You should have at least 3 years of banking experience, preferably in SME (Enterprise or Emerging Markets), Credit or Trade Finance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
  • Good planning and organizing skills.
