Premier Banking Middle Office Officer (PBMO)

PBMO is supporting Premier Banking customers and relationship managers in ensuring the client transactions capturing is accurate and complete for the Wealth report.
• Attending to queries/requests from various counterparties and Relationship Managers from branches in relation to Wealth Report.
• Perform daily checking of reports including exception reports, if any.
• Investigate of failed transactions or issues on system interfaces, if any.
• Perform maintenance in Triple A Plus (TAP) system on outages/required details, if necessary.
• Liaise with various Operations units within the bank on treasury portfolio creation and trade input.
• Perform manual input of SI/NID and Bonds Transfer that have yet to/no direct interface to TAP to feed data into TAP.
• Perform manual calculation of Unit Trust average cost price for newly upgraded customer for the month, if any, for the projected P&L in Wealth Report.
• Perform manual retrieval of monthly SIBS statement from Intellistor system for mailing out to customers with multiple addresses, pending RM to follow-up with customers to sync up the addresses.
• Any other administrative functions.

Qualifications
Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma holder or at least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Good PC skills & proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Possess integrity and is detailed-conscious, systematic, task oriented, highly committed and able to plan work well.
• Able to work independently, under pressure to meet deadlines as well as in a team.
• May be required to work beyond normal working hours to complete all processing items.
• Good communication skills and able to interact well with others.
