Product Sales Manager

Training and advisory service - Constant training to improve RM's proficiency in offering insurance solutions and provide advisory expertise. this is critical not just in building sales volume but also maintaining quality of sales i.e lower error rates, compliance issues and complaints, etc.

Sales support - Support on follow-ups such as underwriting requirements, pender's management and joint visitation for UHNW customers especially with the launch of new proposition for example - premium financing, SP Heritage, etc.

Client events and activities - Support with planning and executing activities to maintain sales engagement and momentum.

Existing portfolio - Active management of existing portfolio to maintain persistency. Will also help indentifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities on the portfolio.
Sales volome growth for the RM's.
Quality of sales as measure by persistency.
RM activation rates.
