We are now inviting qualified individuals to join this team in the role of RF Middle Office Associate formerly known as (Credit Control Officer).

Principal Responsibilities:-

• Assist Credit Control Manager to provide professional, efficient credit control and sales ledger administration services to clients and export/import factors;
• Monitor and maintain efficient debt collection activities particularly debts covered by credit insurer and take appropriate action as required;
• Monitor account conduct against fraudulent practices and identify/report irregularities to credit control manager;
• Educate clients and customers on operational matters and create awareness, understanding and ability to comply with them;
• Ensure timely submission of monthly audits and carry out audit confirmation
• Assess risks of varied situation(s) on a daily basis in view of continuous expansion of product mix and increasing complexity of trade transactions;
• Maintain HSBC Internal Control Standards and observe and implement Group Compliance Policy with awareness to operational risks
