We are now inviting qualified individuals to join this team in the role of Relationship Support Associate - BB ( formerly known as BB Support Officer ).

Principal Responsibilities

  • Gather information required for the preparation of customer call reports as well as credit
    proposals including financial analysis for new facilities, facility review and facility amendments
  • Prepare Credit Approval and Relationship Management (CARM) applications on new, amended and revised facilities, maintain an accurate, updated data in CARM system for transmission to Credit Operations
  • Maintain & validate relevant client management system including but not limited to Head Office Reporting System (HORIS), Account Planning etc
  • Follow up on routine matters as well as credit operational matters arising from the portfolio of accounts assigned
  • Handle both external & internal facility related enquiries
  • Identifying cross-sell opportunities and assisting the Business Banking Relationship Manager(s) in developing business strategies and marketing activities to maximize the Bank's profit.
  • Maintain and validate security documentations and credit files in a timely and orderly manner to ensure that there is no overdue review
  • Handle miscellaneous internal customer / product / credit related enquiries by coordinating and processing relevant MI and compliance returns
  • Assist Business Banking Relationship Manager(s) in achieving satisfactory ratings from internal and external auditors
  • Maintain a professional image when interacting with customers
  • Assist Commercial Banking (CMB) manager / Relationship Manager(s) in various PR activities as well as participating in the bank's marketing/ promotion and sponsorship programmes
  • Develop skills to meet existing and future business needs
  • Maintain and observe Regulatory, Compliance & Operational Risk as well as Internal Controls (Operational Risk / Compliance / Functional Instruction Manual (FIM) requirements)


Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Preferably with experience in Banking
  • Possess minimum 2 years exposure in providing support services in commercial banking line
  • Exposure in Relationship Management support role and system is an added advantage
  • Customer oriented mind set
  • Possess analytical skill and organization skills
  • Possess Interpersonal & communication skills
