We are seeking a Salesforce Developer (5+ years exp) to design, customize, and optimize Sales and Service Cloud platforms. Key duties include building Apex triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations with external systems. Candidates need strong SOQL and automation skills (Flows). A Computer Science degree and Salesforce certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions to support business operations.
- Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, triggers, and Lightning components.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, IT) to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with Salesforce best practices.
- Support deployment, testing, and documentation of new features and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 1-2 years focused on Sales Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Experience in Salesforce API integration and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).
- Salesforce Developer or Sales Cloud certification preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills.
