Unit Head, EA Segment and Loan Products Marketing

This is a cross-functional role responsible for planning, developing and implementing integrated marketing programmes and campaigns to drive business outcomes with a particular focus on Emerging Affluent Segment and consumer lending products (Consumer Lifestyle Finance and Secured Lending). You will:

• Work with multi business units to develop launch campaigns, targeted marketing programmes and marketing communication to drive segment customer acquisition, usage, retention and loyalty.
• Plan and drive marketing budget allocation in collaboration with stakeholders to develop and contribute to a common marketing calendar, in conjunction with wealth & segment team to ensure alignment and optimization of market and brand presence.
• Ensure that initiatives are consistent with retail brand objectives, insight-driven, data focused and in line with relevant segments.
• Maintain competitive intelligence and monitoring on equivalent brand/business CVP, communication strategy, and major marketing activities.
• Use of consumer analytics, competitor intelligence and research insights to provide thought leadership in formulation of marketing strategies and CVP development.
• Track progress and evaluate outcomes of marketing initiatives to ensure ROI of campaigns is measured and used to improve further marketing campaigns.
• Manage internal stakeholders (e.g. Advertising Clearance Committee, Contact Centre) and external partners (e.g. agency partners, lettershoppers, email/SMS blasting vendor and printers) to ensure prompt end-to-end execution of marketing activities
• Ensure full compliance of procurement processes, campaign fulfilment requirements, campaign expense controls, and brand, regulatory and statutory guidelines on advertisement and promotional materials.
• Build advocacy amongst OCBC Employees through Internal Marketing

Qualifications
• Minimum 8 years of working experience relevant to marketing or product management
• Familiar working with both traditional and digital marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and resourceful
• Ability to think outside the box
