We are currently looking for Technical Specialist responsible for managing the service end to end and accountable for all technology related issues, proactively identifying the improvement areas for a service and implement them to keep the service stable & resilient, working closely with business operations, In-Country Service Managers, Country Stakeholders and helping them in improving their operational efficiency, proactively managing the changes to the environment thereby reducing the impact due to such changes , identify or build predictive / proactive tools that help to improve the overall service. Collaborate with the Rapid Response & Situational awareness units Incident management, Problem Management & MIM to resume the service at the earliest, and in identifying & fixing the root cause of the incidents and address the systemic issues.

· Take overall responsibility of the end to end service and also taking a holistic view of technology and operations.
· Coordinate with multi-skilled professionals and technology components which may include engineering, applications, production support, infrastructure, operations, vendor services, and other technology and business services
· Identify areas of improvements and build tools or re-engineer processes that helps to change the service culture from being reactive to proactive and take strategic steps to subsequently move to preventive mind-set.
· Closely work with business operations team and identify operational bottlenecks and provide technological solution that could help them to improve productivity and efficiency.
· As part of continuous improvement capture and prioritize feedback from processes and stakeholders and devise and execute improvement plans
· Provide situational leadership in service restoration. Maintain and direct crash teams. Prioritize service resumption and address systemic issues to avoid repeat incidents.
· Lead investigations and root cause determinations. Track corrective action completion. Identify incident trends and launch service improvement plans.
· Champion service stability considerations throughout the change lifecycle. Ensure changes do not compromise production stability.
· Develop people talent by making them more versatile in terms of knowledge and competency through focussed quality training and involvement. Attract, motivate and retain talent.
