As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for the management of the Fund Distribution Services teams within the department.
  • To ensure timely delivery of departmental projects - mainly (not limited to) related to the transition of core operating platform, onboarding of new business and clients to achieve CACEIS Operating Model without services disruption.
  • To ensure delivery of the services to internal and external clients within prescribed timeframes with a high level of quality
  • To foster a client and risk averse mindset throughout the team
  • To ensure day to day operations are efficient.

Working hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM

What will you do?

  • People Management - Driving people initiatives through the formulation of development plans with the team managers to build talent pipeline.
  • Project Management - Driving key projects for the department with the Business Analyst and operation teams and acting as escalation point for key risk areas within a project.
  • Developing future plans - Anticipate growth and changes, devise plans to adjust and to build a sustainable operating model in the long term

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level
Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

  • University Degree or equivalent.

Level of minimal experience
11 years and more

Experience

  • Operational Management experience.
  • Extensive TA/Funds Operation background 10-15 years
  • Strong People Management Experience managing > 30 FTE

Technical skills required

  • Good knowledge about Fund/Trust Industry and Financial Markets in general.

  • Sound planning, organization and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge in computer literacy.
