Our client is a growing Benelux-headquartered private markets investment firm with a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture. The business is entering an exciting new phase of growth and is expanding its Investor Relations function ahead of its next fundraise. What the job involves

In this role, you will sit within the Investor Relations team, working closely with the Head of Investor Relations across fundraising, LP relationship management and strategic investor engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting existing and prospective institutional investors while contributing to the firm's broader fundraising strategy. Responsibilities include:

• Building and managing relationships with existing and prospective institutional investors across Europe
• Leading investor meetings and progressing relationships throughout the fundraising lifecycle
• Supporting the development of fundraising strategy and expanding the firm's investor base
• Preparing and reviewing fundraising materials, including pitch decks, PPMs, DDQs and bespoke investor presentations
• Coordinating investor due diligence processes, including data rooms and responses to investor requests
• Maintaining CRM systems and ensuring accurate tracking of investor interactions and pipeline activity
• Supporting the delivery of investor events, annual meetings and advisory board meetings
• Mentoring junior members of the Investor Relations team and contributing to the ongoing development of the function

Who we are looking for

• Experience within private equity investor relations, fundraising or placement advisory, with direct LP-facing responsibilities
• Strong understanding of private equity fund structures, fundraising processes and portfolio reporting
• Experience engaging with institutional investors, ideally across the European market
• Exposure to preparing or reviewing fundraising materials, including PPMs, DDQs, pitch decks and investor reports
• Excellent relationship management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong project management and organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the confidence to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• A willingness to contribute across all aspects of the Investor Relations function, regardless of seniority
• Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are advantageous but not essential
