Objective

The primary objective of this role is to produce new business sales revenue. Hence we are keen to attract sales people with the ability to proactively approach E-Commerce merchants to sell payment and technology services.

Goal

To grow the business internationally, with a global remit, by implementing new solutions on their platform through integration and new features

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Candidates are expected to be fluent in payments and technology and have a solid understanding of the E-Commerce landscape
  • Years of experience is NOT relevant, it is about your competencies which will make you successful or not, coupled with a HUNTER mentality
  • Have an established network in the payment space, with a proven track record
  • Highly motivated team player and an ability to adjust
  • Independent, self-motivator, intelligent, entrepreneurial
  • clearly explain the benefits of the solution and be an accomplished negotiator.coupled with the ability to communicate clearly
  • develop strong relationships quickly,    
  • Preference to work in a young entrepreneurial environment
  • Most importantly you need to understand the importance of reducing time to revenue.

Salary

Market competitive salary + equity engagement (earn out model) with milestones set based on length of service and revenue + company performance
