What you'll do

In a newly created role, the Institutional Trading Analyst will be the central person in producing content and data, helping to create meaningful interactions with our Institutional counterparties.

 

This is a great opportunity for the right person with ambition and drive to carve out a niche role and assist the team in further becoming the trusted trading partner to our counterparties. Discretion, strong communication and premier interpersonal skills would be used to great effect to ensure the strengthening of existing and new relationships alike, facilitating a two-way flow of meaningful and impactful information.

 

You would also take a leading role in the collation of data and producing regular reports both for internal and eventual external dissemination. Working in a fast paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same and with you rooted firmly at the centre, this role would suit someone who thrives in such an environment and is able to adapt accordingly depending on the task at hand and pace required.

 

Finally, as a new opportunity in a truly meritocratic firm, this is a chance for the right individual to bring new initiatives and ideas to the forefront, that would strengthen the Institutional trading operations as a whole. We are seeking the right person who can recognize a good opportunity and is able to seize it with both hands.

 

What you’ll need

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Economics, Finance or STEM related subject
A proven background in either a sales, research or analyst role
Excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrable client facing experience
Solid technical understanding of derivative products and volatility trading
Fluency in English as well as highly effective communication skills both orally and in writing. German and or French is a plus
Strong analytical skills, in particular an experienced user of excel or python
A pro-active, precise mind and a problem-solving nature
A competitive attitude and eagerness to constantly develop
Ability to work accurately and efficiently independently as well as part of a team
