To support our rapid growth and profitable recruitment business, we offer an internship for up to 6 months, which can be extended to a 1 year contract or even a permanent position, depending on one’s qualifications and your desire to grow organically.

- Research driven activities through use of Bloomberg, Portals & Database
- Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies
- Initial mapping of contacts and desk
- Search specific sourcing assignments
- Undertaking telephone and face to face interviews with candidates to assess suitability
- Headhunting / direct search - identifying and approaching passive candidates
- Lead generation for both candidates and clients
Desired Experience and skills
- Interest in recruitment, researching, research in general and/or a sales background with a strong motivation to flourish in the recruitment industry
- Strong communication skills, eloquent and articulate in English (written and verbal)
- Fluent in English and an additional language as a plus
- Preferably based in Amsterdam or The Hague, though not a constraint for the right candidate
- Be relentless in your approach
- An eye for detail
- Have an affinity for building strong client and candidate relationships
- Be analytical and resourceful
- Go on where others stop
- Wanting to learn and not easily give up
