As a Data Center Lead / Technical Supervisor , you are responsible for both the day-to-day operational leadership and the technical quality and compliance within a critical data center environment. You lead shift teams and contractors, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure safe, reliable, and continuous operation of critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians, and on-site contractors
• Coordinate daily operations, work orders, permits, and shift handovers
• Ensure all work is executed in accordance with MOPs, SOPs, EOPs, and LOTO procedures
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Enforce HSE standards and safe systems of work
• Act as first point of escalation for technical and operational incidents
• Monitor housekeeping standards and data hall discipline
• Support reporting and coordinate closely with the Contract Manager

What We're Looking For

• Technical background (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering)
• Experience in critical infrastructure environments
• Knowledge of critical systems (UPS, generators, HVAC, etc.)
• Strong safety awareness and procedural discipline
• Good communication skills in English (Dutch is an advantage)
• NEN3140 VP or willingness to obtain required certifications
